Privacy notice

This notice explains what Prospects Studio does with the details you give us through this site. We have kept it short because there is not much to say.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your role, and the message you write. If you write to us directly, we receive your message and the address you sent it from. We collect nothing else through this site.

Why we collect it

We use your details only to answer your request, which usually means preparing your buyer map and replying to you about it. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for. If you reply "stop" at any point, we will not contact you again.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we hold them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us with a question, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Your details are not sold, rented or traded to anyone. They are seen only by the people at the studio who handle your request.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track your visit or build a profile of you. The only thing loaded from outside the site is the typeface, from Google Fonts.

Asking us to delete your details

You can ask us to delete your details at any time. Write to isabel.foster@prospectsstudio.co, or send the request through our contact form, and we will remove them and confirm when it is done.
